A Peltier cooler, or thermoelectric  is a solid-state active heat pump which transfers heat from one side of the device to the other, with consumption of electrical energy, depending on the direction of the current.Thermoelectric has got different types for different  applications . Thermoelectric can be used in medical laser machine  and helping hair removal process by cooling system . As you know Thermo Electric Cooling or Peltier cooler has main role in cooling system and water circulation. Peltier cooler helps crystal to me more cooler.
